About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised volunteer to join our team as a Fundraising Events Manager. In this flexible, part-time role, you’ll help plan and deliver the fundraising events that fuel our impact across the world. You'll collaborate with our small, passionate team to bring a mix of community, online, and special events to life, from concept through to delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Event planning - Helping design and coordinate a mix of fundraising events (community gatherings, online events, gala-style evenings, and more)

• Logistics coordination - Liaising with venues, suppliers, and volunteers to keep logistics on track

• Event promotion - Supporting promotional activities in collaboration with our communications team

• Volunteer Coordination - Organise rosters, briefings, and on the day support for event day

• Budgeting and reporting - Tracking budgets, registrations, and post-event reporting

• Creative input - Bringing fresh ideas and energy to grow our and diversify fundraising calendar

What we're looking for

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Experience in event coordination, project management, or a related field (professional or volunteer)

• A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently

• Comfort using digital tools (email, spreadsheets, online platforms)

• Genuine passion for children's welfare and international development

• Previous fundraising or not-for-profit experience is a bonus, but not essential
