About the Role
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is responsible for providing governance oversight of operational delivery, coordination and organisational readiness.
Working with the Managing Director and Board, the COO supports the transformation of strategy into structured, well-governed delivery aligned to the CATCR's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of operations and delivery readiness
- Support establishment of foundational governance, risk and compliance frameworks
- Support visibility of projects, initiatives and delivery priorities
- Identify delivery risks, capacity constraints and coordination gaps
- Support operational key updates to the Board
About You
- Experience in operations, program delivery or organisational leadership
- Understanding of governance, risk and delivery oversight
- Alignment with the CATCR's mission and values
Time Commitment
This role involves participation in board meetings, engagements on delivery planning and risk matters and ad hoc advice during key milestones
