Business Administration Volunteer

Support the important behind-the-scenes work that helps keep community meal services running smoothly with Meals on Wheels Central Coast.
As a Business Administration Volunteer, you’ll assist the Client Services Officer with the day-to-day operations of the outlet, helping support both volunteers and clients through a variety of office and administration tasks. Your contribution will help ensure older people and people living with disability continue receiving reliable meals, connection, and support within the community.
This role is ideal for someone with administration or office experience who enjoys being organised, working with people, and contributing their skills to a community-focused organisation.
In this role you will:
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Support communication with clients and volunteers via phone and email
- Help prepare volunteer rosters and daily delivery run sheets
- Assist with general office and administration tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of client and volunteer information
- Participate in induction and ongoing training
