Senior Partnership Development - Grad Girls Brisbane

Time commitment: ~4-6 hours/week
Location: Brisbane or surrounds (remote/flexible)
Cause: Help drive equity for women in STEM through developing new partnerships and and creating long-term impact through commercial collaboration.
About the role: We’re looking for an experienced Partnership Development to help grow the future of the Grad Girls Brisbane program by building relationships with new corporate and community partners. You’ll connect with organisations, share the program’s impact, and help shape partnerships that create real opportunities for students — while also laying the groundwork for strong, long-term partner relationships.
This is a strategic, outward-facing role suited to a mid-career or established professional with experience in business/partnership development, relationship building, and creating long-term impact through commercial collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Research and connect with potential partners aligned to our mission
- Lead outreach conversations and share partnership opportunities
- Tailor proposals to align with partner goals and community impact
- Help keep partnership materials current and compelling
- Coach junior partnership volunteers
- Track prospects and progress in our CRM
- Support smooth handover to the Partner Liaison team once partnerships are confirmed
- Collaborate with the team on strategies and ideas to engage new partners
- Capture insights to help strengthen future partner engagement

About the Grad Girls Program
The Grad Girls Program is coming to Brisbane for the first time! Designed to inspire and empower female students to explore careers in STEM, the program features engaging workshops, interactive careers expo, panel discussions, and webinars, culminating in impactful events. Across the 9-month Program, participants connect with STEM professionals, gain hands-on experience, and envision themselves in STEM careers
What is the commitment?
Approximately 4-6 hours per week. Certain times are busier than others
The Grad Girls Program runs for 9 months (February–October). Applicants must commit for the full 2026 program
Flexibility to attend both in-person events and virtual meetings (note: team meetings may be outside business hours or on weekends)
