Your Role: Recipes Club Facilitator

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Using Zoom to discuss all things cooking & baking and providing tips to smaller groups of adults in an online environment

  • Hosting a live video cooking session once per month

  • Providing basic tech support during sessions or referring to staff for further support

  • Building a fun, inclusive and supportive environment for learning, sharing and making new connections

  • Helping us to celebrate diversity and what makes us all unique

  • Gathering/providing feedback to help us constantly improve, innovate and expand

What Do You Need?

  • Passion for cooking & baking

  • Excellent communication skills - able to articulate well and be heard and understood by those that may be hard of hearing

  • Patience

  • Enthusiasm

  • Active listening skills

  • Basic tech know-how

  • Ability to navigate discussions and guide potentially difficult conversations
