We are currently looking for a volunteer to help run a gardening club at a local school. Volunteer helpers must enjoy spending time outdoors and can expect to engage in a variety of activities that contribute to the success of the program. They will assist in planting, maintaining and harvesting fresh produce, as well as guiding students to grow a variety of herbs, vegetables and fruits suitable for the climate and season. Volunteers will be helping to impart participating students with life skills, teamwork and a deeper appreciation for fresh food and the environment.
