Join us for the Spirit to Cure Melbourne Walk on Tuesday, 13th October 2026, a vibrant and purposeful day bringing the community together to support a future free from cancer. Set in the heart of Melbourne, this event combines energy, connection, and a shared commitment to making a difference.
The Event
Starting and finishing at the Good Nature Hotel at Federation Square, the event hub will be alive with activity as participants gather and celebrate. Walkers can choose between a 21 km or 10 km loop, taking in some of Melbourne’s most iconic locations along the way.
Volunteers Make It Happen
We’re seeking enthusiastic bike marshals and medical or first aid–certified volunteers (on or off bike) and a dedicated support driver to help deliver a safe, smooth, and supportive event.
- Bike marshals will guide and encourage participants, helping keep the course safe and flowing
- First aiders/medics will help ensure a safe and supported event by assisting participant wellbeing and provide first aid, as required.
- Support driver (12‑seater bus) collection (12th October) and return (13th October): key to keeping the event running smoothly.
These are hands-on, rewarding roles that keep the event moving and ensure participants feel supported at every stage.
