We are a registered charity The Social Local Collective with DGR status. Our goal is to improve social health and decrease the resulting negative health impacts. We are seeking some advice around Public Benevolent Institutions and the need to potentially set up a seperate for profit arm of our charity to achieve our charity goals. We imagine this would be a one off session though it may require a little further research depending on your background and understanding of NFP law.
