The Aviation Career Conversations Coordinator (ACE Connect) supports WAI Australia’s national program that connects high school students with real aviation and aerospace professionals for short, one‑off career conversations. This role manages the flow of requests from schools, matches students with suitable industry volunteers, and ensures each conversation is well‑organised, safe, and aligned with WAI Australia’s child‑safe requirements.

You’ll work with teachers, career advisers, and a national network of aviation professionals, maintaining the volunteer database, coordinating bookings, and supporting smooth communication between all parties.
