We are seeking a volunteer to help review and improve the English copy, clarity and messaging of our new website. The website has already been designed and built, this role is focused on written content and brand messaging, not website development. This role would suit someone with experience or interest in copywriting, editing, communications, marketing, branding or nonprofit storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

The volunteer may help with:

• Reviewing website copy for grammar, spelling and clarity
• Improving the flow, tone and readability of the website content
• Helping ensure the wording sounds natural, professional and engaging
• Providing feedback on key website sections, such as About Us, Our Impact, Donate and Partners
• Suggesting improvements to headlines, calls to action and key messages
• Helping make our purpose and impact easier to understand for donors, partners and the community

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong written English skills
• Experience or interest in copywriting, editing, marketing, branding, communications or website content
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to give clear and practical feedback
• Interest in charities, fundraising or social impact

Experience with SEO, nonprofit communications or brand messaging would be helpful, but is not essential.
