About the Event
The VIC Discovery Tour 2026 is an inspiring multi‑day cycling journey through regional Victoria, bringing together riders, volunteers, and communities to make a meaningful impact:
Traralgon → Inverloch → Melbourne
Sunday 22nd – Wednesday 25th November 2026
Volunteer Roles Available
Pre‑Event Support (before the tour)
Help set the tour up for success:
- Preparing rider kits and event materials
- Assisting with logistics and equipment
- Supporting administration and coordination
On‑Event Support Crew (during the tour)
Medical Volunteers (Medics)
Qualified medical professionals are required to support rider wellbeing and safety throughout the tour.
These roles are critical and are coordinated based on qualifications, experience, and event needs.
All Other On‑Tour Roles
All non‑medical on‑event roles are offered via an Expression of Interest (EOI) process.
Placements are limited and offered based on experience, availability, and operational needs, with not all applicants guaranteed a role.
Post‑Event Support (after the tour)
Help bring the event to a strong finish:
- Assisting with pack‑down and logistics
- Unloading and sorting equipment
- Preparing materials for storage and future events
