Ripples of Change Limited is a newly established charity founded by parents and families who understand the challenges of raising a child with developmental delay or disability.

Our mission is to empower families through peer support, connection, advocacy, information, and capacity building so that every child and family can thrive, belong, and participate fully in their community.

We are preparing to officially launch and are seeking a passionate and creative volunteer to help us strengthen our online presence and share our story with the community.

About the Role We are looking for a Volunteer Website & Social Media Coordinator to:

• Review and update our existing WordPress website
• Improve website content, layout, and user experience
• Ensure information is clear, accessible, and engaging
• Assist with launching and managing social media platforms
• Create and schedule social media content
• Help develop a launch communications plan
• Share stories and updates about our impact and activities
• Support basic branding and marketing activities

Skills and Experience

We would love to hear from people with experience in:

• WordPress website management
• Social media marketing
• Digital communications
• Content writing and storytelling
• Graphic design (Canva experience desirable)
• Community engagement or not-for-profit marketing

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about supporting children, families, and inclusive communities.
