  • Process and upload invoices and receipts into Xero
  • Assist with accurate coding and categorisation of transactions in Xero
  • Maintain organised digital financial records
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations where required
  • Assist with general administration using Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive)
  • Liaise with staff (virtually) to clarify financial documentation when needed
