The Opportunity

We are seeking a volunteer who can:

Initial Project

· Design a new Leichhardt Espresso Chorus logo

· Review and redesign our existing website

· Improve the look, feel and usability of the site

· Ensure information is easy to find for current and prospective members

· Optimise the site for mobile devices

· Refresh content and imagery where required

Ongoing Role

Following the website redesign, we are looking for someone who can continue as our paid Website Administrator on a flexible, ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities may include:

· Updating content, events and concert information including music and videos

· Posting choir news and announcements

· Managing website enquiries and forms

· Ensuring information remains current and accurate

· Providing occasional technical support and advice to the committee

About the Role

· Work from home

· Flexible hours

· Approximately 1–2 hours per month once the redesign is complete

· Attend quarterly committee meetings (online or in person where possible)

· Be part of a friendly and passionate arts organisation

Skills We'd Love

· Experience with website design and administration

· Familiarity with WordPress or similar website platforms

· Good eye for design and user experience

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to work independently
