*Provide administrative support to the Office & Fundraising teams

*Assist with general office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry

*Respond to emails, phone enquiries, and internal communications professionally

*Confidence in calling stakeholders & Donors during campaign periods

*Prepare and format documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence

*Maintain accurate records and databases

*Support volunteer and stakeholder administration where required

*Ensure office spaces and administrative systems remain organised

*Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
