Seeking an enthusiastic administration support for a working group

Elm Street Mission

Our mission is ‘being with’ people in our community. Our purpose is to provide a safe gathering place for people with mental health challenges or who are socially isolated.

We are seeking a volunteer experienced in basic administration. The Administration Support volunteer would join our Working Group and assist with monthly meetings. The role of the Administration Support is to create, edit, collate and file documents (such as meeting minutes and reports). All working group members participate in discussions and planning for Elm St Mission.

Duties include:

  • attending monthly Working Group meetings (4th Wednesday of the month from 2.00pm to 3.30pm) - online attendance can be arranged as needed
  • taking notes and writing the minutes of the meetings
  • creating short reports as needed
  • file Working Group documents
