Training

Volunteers will receive an introduction to GWSAN, community advocacy, project development, community engagement, research methods and leadership opportunities. Ongoing mentoring and support will be provided by experienced professionals and community leaders.

Time required

Flexible. Most volunteers contribute between 2–5 hours per month. Opportunities range from attending monthly online meetings to participating in community projects, events, research activities, observation sprints, content creation or youth-led initiatives. Volunteers can choose activities that suit their interests, skills and availability.

Reimbursement

This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity.
