Volunteer Liaison & Event Coordinator

LifeLinkConnect is an ACNC-registered charity supporting adults experiencing loneliness, social isolation, disability and mental health challenges through volunteer-led community connection programs and events. We are seeking a reliable and organised Volunteer Liaison and Event Coordinator to support our growing volunteer team and community events across Perth.
Key responsibilities include: • Communicating with volunteers and confirming their availability • Assisting with volunteer induction, scheduling and follow-up • Supporting event planning, venue preparation and logistics • Coordinating volunteers and welcoming attendees on event days • Liaising with venues, community organisations and local stakeholders • Maintaining volunteer, attendance and event records • Helping create a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
