In this role you will: Engage with and support children with additional needs during playgroup activities. Provide support or assistance with families where possible Assist children in participating in structured and unstructured play experiences, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment. Help pack-down play areas, including tidying toys, equipment, and art materials. Participate in a brief debrief with the lead educator at the end of each session to reflect on the day and discuss observations or any support needs.

Ideal Requirements: · Experience engaging with and supporting children with additional needs. · Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. · Willingness to assist with practical tasks, including cleaning and organizing the play space. · Commitment to confidentiality and maintaining a safe environment for all children.
