Beachside Dash - Event Volunteers - including Course Marshals and Water Station
St George & Sutherland Medical Research Foundation
Over four weeks away
We are seeking volunteers to support the Beachside Dash on Sunday 13 September 2026. We're looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteers to join the team and help create a memorable and successful event.
Whether you're cheering from the sidelines or helping behind the scenes, there's a fun role for everyone.
Choose from a range of fun, high-energy roles:
Pre-Race Bib Collection
Help welcome participants, confirm registrations, and hand out race bibs and event info.
Course Marshals
Bring the energy! Guide runners along the course, cheer them on and ensure they stay on the right path. Ideal for those who enjoy being outdoors and motivating others.
Water/Hydration Station Crew
You'll help set up the station, hand out water and keep the area tidy. By handing out water and offering encouragement along the course, you’ll be helping participants stay safe, hydrated and motivated as they race towards the finish line.
No experience? No worries! All you need is a positive attitude, a friendly smile and a willingness to get involved. It’s also a great opportunity to volunteer alongside friends, family, or colleagues.
Whether you're looking to make a difference, soak up the event atmosphere, or simply enjoy a fun day by the beach, we'd love to welcome you to the Beachside Dash volunteer team!
