Partnerships & Growth Manager

The Greener Earth Project is an international environmental non-profit dedicated to supporting ethical reforestation and environmental restoration projects around the world. Through partnerships with individuals, businesses and communities, we help create positive, lasting environmental impact while promoting sustainability and climate action.
As we expand into Australia, we are seeking our first volunteer in the country to help establish our presence and build relationships with businesses that want to support meaningful environmental initiatives.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in launching The Greener Earth Project in Australia.
As our Volunteer Partnerships & Growth Manager, you will help develop our presence, raise awareness of our mission and build relationships with businesses that can support our work through donations, sponsorships and long-term partnerships.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building and creating opportunities for positive social and environmental impact.
This role will be fully supported by the volunteer team based in the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
Partnership Development
- Identify and engage businesses that align with The Greener Earth Project's mission.
- Develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Arrange introductory meetings and partnership discussions.
- Support the development of corporate sponsorship and donation opportunities.
- Build a pipeline of prospective corporate supporters.
Growth & Market Development
- Help establish The Greener Earth Project's presence in Australia.
- Research opportunities for growth within Australian business communities.
- Identify relevant networking events, sustainability forums and business groups.
- Provide insights on how to effectively position the charity within the Australian market.
Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective supporters.
- Help identify opportunities for ongoing engagement and partnership growth.
- Ensure supporters remain informed about the impact of their contributions.
Advocacy & Awareness
- Act as an ambassador for The Greener Earth Project.
- Promote our work through your professional network where appropriate.
- Help increase awareness of our environmental mission and impact.
- Support local fundraising and awareness initiatives.
