Harsha Foundation Limited (HFL) is a registered not-for-profit charity committed to supporting individuals and families through our food and bill relief program. As our charity continues to grow, we’re seeking an enthusiastic and community-minded volunteer to help build relationships, coordinate volunteers, and support the day-to-day growth of the organisation.
About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people and making things happen. You will act as the link between our charity, volunteers, community organisations, businesses, sponsors, and event venues, helping bring everyone together to achieve our mission.
Key Responsibilities
● Build and maintain relationships with businesses, community organisations, shopping centres, clubs, schools, councils and event venues.
● Identify new fundraising, sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
● Liaise with volunteers across all areas of the charity, including administration, bookkeeping, marketing, website, fundraising and events.
● Coordinate communication between volunteers to ensure projects run smoothly.
● Assist with organising community events and fundraising activities.
● Follow up on tasks and help keep projects progressing. ● Work closely with the Founder to support the continued growth and success of the charity. About You
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Confident building relationships with a wide range of people. ● Highly organised and proactive.
● Able to work independently and as part of a team. ● Passionate about supporting the local community. ● Experience in community engagement, business development, volunteer coordination, events, customer service or administration is highly regarded but not essential.
Time Commitment
