As part of the federally funded Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS), we are seeking a compassionate and friendly Spanish-speaking volunteer to provide regular social visits and companionship to an elderly gentleman living independently in the Eastwood area.

The role focuses on building a meaningful connection through conversation, companionship, and shared interests, helping to reduce social isolation and enhance wellbeing. Volunteers are asked to commit to at least one visit per fortnight on an ongoing basis to develop a trusted and rewarding friendship.

Visits can be arranged at a mutually suitable time. Reliable, patient, and caring individuals with a positive outlook and the ability to converse in Spanish are encouraged to apply.

No previous experience is required. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
