Location: Gold Coast (ideally), some tasks can be done remotely

Time commitment: ~2 hours per week, 6-month minimum commitment

Pay: Unpaid, volunteer role.

About Us

Yellow Freesia Foundation supports women aged 18-45 navigating life with cancer, through psychologist-led support groups, workshops, and a member resource hub connecting them with the practical and emotional support they need.

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for one committed, versatile volunteer to help across a mix of tasks, which may include:

• Shooting or helping produce content (photos/video) for our social channels and campaigns and scheduling • General admin support (emails, scheduling, data entry) • Assisting with fundraising activities and events • Research tasks to support our programs and growth

Exact tasks will vary week to week depending on what we need, we’ll always be clear about what’s on the plate.

Who We’re Looking For

• Genuinely passionate about supporting women affected by cancer • Reliable and able to commit a couple of hours a week on an ongoing basis • Comfortable turning their hand to different types of tasks • Happy to meet up in person occasionally (Gold Coast based preferred) • Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t need to be told what to do • Experience with social media, content creation, or general business skills would be great, but not essential

Before You Apply

A National Police Check is required for this role. We’ll coordinate this with you as part of onboarding, so no need to arrange it yourself.
