We are looking for 3 people that can volunteer 1 day per week at our client support centres. This is an essential role that will assist our busy client support centres keep up with demand so that no person facing financial hardship goes without.

• Directly assist vulnerable clients in Central Coast region
• Responsible for CAMS data entry, appointments, and reception tasks
• Maintain confidentiality, provide referrals, and advocate for clients

• Enter assistance notes, book appointments, and handle reception tasks
• Maintain confidentiality, provide information, advocate for clients
• Adhere to St Vincent de Paul Society ethos, receive on-the-job training
