The principal objective of the Healthy Ageing Partnerships (HAP) is to collaborate and share knowledge about healthy ageing and to provide a forum for members to discuss issues affecting our older population. Its vision is to provide a caring, inclusive and connected place for older people to engage as fully as possible in their health and wellbeing journey. Positioning the Sunshine Coast as a leading healthy ageing regions nationally will be accomplished by inclusive collaboration of like-minded industry representatives and community organisations working together for the benefit of older persons.
