WHAT YOU WILL DO Depending on your discipline, your contribution may include one or more of:

Reviewing the conceptual framework and instrument design for methodological soundness Contributing to item development and scoring schema refinement Participating in pilot study design and data collection Contributing to psychometric validation (reliability testing, factor structure, convergent validity) Co-authoring peer-reviewed publications arising from the validation work Advising on funding applications (ARC Linkage 2027, NHMRC Partnership Projects) Providing expert review of specific instrument components within your discipline

Engagement is flexible and can be structured around your existing commitments. We are open to discussing what meaningful contribution looks like for each partner.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking candidates with postgraduate qualifications and/or professional expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Primary disciplines (most urgently needed):

Psychometrics / quantitative research methods Public health / epidemiology Gender economics / feminist economics Stress physiology / allostatic load research

Secondary disciplines:

Domestic, family and sexual violence research Cultural heritage / UNESCO frameworks Workforce policy and labour economics Health and medical humanities Law (particularly cultural property, gender equity, or social policy)

PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers are particularly encouraged to apply. This work offers a genuine co-authorship opportunity on a nationally significant, interdisciplinary research project. Established academics seeking a meaningful volunteer contribution outside their primary institution are also welcome.

WHAT WE OFFER

Co-authorship on peer-reviewed publications arising from your validated contribution — this is a genuine offer, not a vague commitment.
