Beresfield Community Care is a not-for-profit In-Home Community Care Provider. We have clients living across the Maitland and Newcastle LGA. We require volunteers to provide essential transport services for our clients who may be aged, living with a disability, or experiencing disadvantage.

• Contribute to sorting, preparing, and delivering donated goods
• Drive Vinnies vehicles, load/unload, and assist with stock movement
• Physical fitness, valid driver's license, and positive attitude required

• Contribute to shop operations by assisting customers and sorting donations
• Training provided, retail/hospitality background welcomed, no experience needed
• Join Vinnies to make a difference, gain retail experience, and build friendships

• Provide door-through-door service for frail, aged, and disabled
• Assist clients with walkers, wheelchairs, and incidental social interaction
• Receive uniform/PPE, training, support, and regular communication

• Provide companionship and social support to clients in need
• Assist with daily activities, outings, and transportation for clients
• Receive training, support, and supervision to carry out role

• Tasks include sorting items, stocking shelves, and pricing donations

Meals on Wheels assist many people in the community to live independently in their own homes by providing a high quality meal delivery service. Our service assist people in maintaining their independence and improve their wellbeing. Maitland Meals on Wheels is looking for Delivery Drivers and Assistants to deliver meals to our client's home while providing brief social interaction and a friendly face.
