Your previous forklift driving experience, forklift operator licence, ability to work in a team and physical fitness will be highly regarded in this role. You'll be working in the Distribution Centre team, providing general assistance in the warehouse with loading and unloading of bulky (and sometimes heavy) items, and rearranging items in the warehouse. National Criminal and Working with Children Checks and forklift operator licence are required.
Your creativity, fashion sense & eye for detail will be well regarded in this role as you sort donated clothes & goods according to brands & their suitability for resale. You'll be required to prepare & pack goods, once bound for landfill but now recycled, for distribution to our charity shops. Your good time management, presentation & organisational skills and efficiency are essential. You'll assist with cleaning & keeping the centre tidy. You'll be physically able to lift bulky items.
Your outgoing personality and previous experience will be highly regarded in this role. An experienced Checkout Operator is required for a local charity. You will be friendly, personable and able to handle high volumes of Customers.
