As a volunteer not-for-profit, we’re committed to supporting, connecting and respecting everyone with a stake in mountain biking at Lysterfield — riders, families, businesses, sponsors, land owners, governing bodies, councils, and the broader community.

• Supporting document management and administrative organization for charity
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with meeting preparation
• 3-5 hours per week commitment, remote location, health category

• Experienced Wordpress Webmaster with good design skills
• Cooperate with WRA members and maintain website performance
• Prepare monthly reports, become WRA member, 4hrs/week phone duty

• Proven fundraising experience and competent computer skills required
• Preference for mature-age applicants with native animal rescue experience
• Must undergo phone coordinator training and commit to 4hrs/week

• Manage group's financial records and transactions accurately
• Prepare monthly financial report for Branch Manager
• Collaborate with committee to plan fundraising initiatives for animals

• Design and execute targeted Facebook campaign for charity support
• Create engaging content, schedule posts, and adjust based on analytics
• Drive 500 new nominations in 8 weeks for real impact

• Contribute to research project on reproductive coercion and abuse
• Attend up to 3 online meetings per year, 1 hour each
• Voluntary role for women with migrant or refugee background

• Support migrants and refugees in acquiring English language skills
• Prepare session materials tailored to student's needs
• Receive initial training, access resources, and ongoing program support

• Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and charitable organizations
• Write compelling grant applications and secure funding opportunities
• Engage with community, support charity events, and share impact stories

• Implement, monitor, and maintain digital analytics systems
• Analyze data, develop reports, and track campaign performance
• Strong knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and user behavior

• Research, evaluate, and secure grant opportunities across key regions
• Forge partnerships with corporations, communities, and charities.
• Write compelling grant applications, manage end-to-end process

• Complete Mentor Training Program and adhere to Volunteer Policy
• Provide regular support to women reintegrating into the community
• Commit 1-2 hours fortnightly for a minimum of 6 months

• Manage financial transactions and data entry accurately
• Prepare various financial reports and invoices using MYOB software
• Handle payroll processing and end-of-year financial tasks

• Support Drug ARM's community services through retail operations
• Tasks include customer service, visual merchandising, and shop maintenance
• Flexible hours, no experience required, training provided on-site

• Promote fundraising events and create social media posts
• Liaise with Communications Officer for event promotion coordination
• Experience in promotional work, impact on fundraising for children's home
