• Strong grant writing skills for not-for-profit organizations essential

• Contribute to governance practices and financial oversight
• Experience in not-for-profit, fundraising, marketing, or finance preferred
• Minimum two-year commitment with bi-monthly online meetings

• Manage company bank account and XERO accounting system
• Provide monthly finance report and end of year Financial Report
• Experience with XERO and finance accounting for small charity

• Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with organization's goals
• Draft engaging grant applications reflecting Knox Toy Library's impact
• Support committee with reporting, toy management, and successful grants

• Build partnerships with local organizations to promote toy library
• No formal experience needed, just enthusiasm for community involvement

• Financially-literate individual with interest in digital rights
• Responsible for accounting, financial systems, and compliance duties
• Active board member role, voluntary position, 2-3 hrs/week commitment

• Manage financial sustainability of registered charity organization
• Bookkeeping or finance experience desired; nonprofit knowledge helpful.
• Maintain confidentiality, work in team, long-term commitment required

• Non-profit experience, strong organization and communication skills.
