As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and readiness of our volunteers in the area. We need someone who is passionate about making a difference in their community and contributing to search and rescue operations during disasters. • Create engaging social media content for retail pages
• Support mental health services through creative content creation

• Sort, assess, and categorise donated items for distribution
• Maintain clean, organised workspace; follow safety guidelines and procedures
• No experience needed; full training provided; physical, hands-on role

• Drive van to collect and deliver donated goods
• Assist with basic vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness
• Support donation bin pickups and follow safety procedures

• Provide crisis support over the phone with empathy and care
• Follow Lifeline's policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines diligently
• Requirements include police check, working with children check, and USI

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote Lifeline's mission
• Assist with merchandise, store displays, and stock rotation
• Join a supportive team, gain retail skills, and save lives

• Provide compassionate support to help-seekers in crisis situations
• Undergo self-paced online training to become a Digital Crisis Supporter
• Join essential frontline team handling text and webchat interactions

• Volunteer as Lifeline Crisis Supporter in Balgowlah
• Undergo Nationally Recognised Crisis Supporter Workplace Training course
• Commit to 3 months course work, 11 months on-the-job training

• Sorting and cleaning book donations for book depots
• Serving customers, providing information, and maintaining shop presentation
• No specific experience required, just a love for books

• Represent organization at various events, expos, fundraisers, and festivals
• Engage with community, provide referrals, and raise public awareness
• Collaborate with partners, collect donations, and speak at events

• Manage CD/LP category donations for Lifeline Book Fairs
• Sort, price, pack items, liaise with dealers, and attend fairs
• Flexible schedule, training provided, friendly volunteer team

• Provide crisis support via phone to callers in need
• Undergo 3-month training to become a Crisis Supporter
• Join a team of over 250 volunteers at Lifeline center

• Various roles available for emergency response and community engagement
• Volunteer commitment for more than 6 months required
• Training provided for specific emergency response operations and coordination

• Support planning and coordinating responses to floods, storms, emergencies
• Work across various functions like Planning, Intelligence, Logistics, Operations
• Receive recognized incident management training; no experience required
