Rollingstone and District Community Association Inc. (RaDCA) is the governing body for the Rollingstone Neighbourhood Centre, supporting an active and diverse rural community of around 1,500 people across Rollingstone and Balgal Beach. We’re looking for a Volunteer Secretary to join our Management Committee and help strengthen the governance of our much loved community centre. #Annual reports #Governance

• Stock cart, deliver goodies, bring happiness to sick children
• Interact with vulnerable children and adults, undergo immunisation review
• Minimum commitment of one shift per fortnight, complete required training

• Support families by maintaining Family Room cleanliness and organization
• Welcome families, provide light housekeeping, and offer snacks/beverages
• Commitment of at least 6 months, compliance checks required

• Record and organize incoming donations using Sortly system
• Maintain clean and safe store environment, following safety standards
• Commitment of at least 6 months, with potential for extension

• Welcome families, provide tours, answer questions about hospital services
• Manage cleaning, laundry, stock, support new volunteers, act as ambassador
• Compliance: Working with Children's Check, Police check, Code of Conduct

• Deliver snacks, activities, and comfort to families and children
• Commit to fortnightly shifts for a minimum of 6 months
• Complete online training and maintain confidentiality; be a team player

• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and assist with event preparation
• Commit for at least 6 months, 18 years + required
• Compliance with WWCC, police check, and confidentiality practices

• Supervise learner drivers to gain driving experience safely
• Support learners with calm, patient manner; problem-solving skills required
• Ideal candidate has safe driving knowledge, respects cultural differences

• Support students in English language learning and cultural understanding
• Assess student needs, provide constructive feedback, and encourage learning
• Collaborate with program coordinator to track student progress and outcomes

• Provide strategic HR advice for organizational development
• Strengthen board capability through HR expertise and governance support
• Contribute to building a resilient organization for artistic outcomes

• Support financial record-keeping, bank reconciliations, and grant tracking
• Prepare GST/BAS, annual ACNC reporting for Not-for-Profit organization
• Approximately 2-4 hours per month commitment, remote work available

• Contribute fresh ideas to support homeless and food insecure
• Diverse skills welcomed - Marketing, HR, Legal, Grant Writing
• Operational Board role, hands-on, focused on community impact

• Volunteers needed for research study's control group
• At-home neuropsychology test and in-person MRI scan required
• Contribute to shaping future epilepsy diagnoses and treatments

• Manage inventory, receive and sort raw food donations
• Maintain detailed records, monitor meal distributions to charities
