Sunshine Coast Sports (SCS) is the independent regional body that advocates for and empowers grassroots sport across the Sunshine Coast and Noosa Council areas. Its mission is to ensure community sport is valued, connected, and thriving — from local clubs and volunteers to emerging athletes and the events that bring them together.

• Drive Regis bus for community outings, events, and appointments
• Assist residents with boarding and ensure safe transportation
• Valid driver's license, Manual Handling Training, compassionate demeanor

• Primary liaison between Office Manager and stakeholders in region
• Identify strategic partnerships, represent organization at events
• Support volunteers, provide updates, ensure compliance with policies

• Regularly post on environment, conservation, animal welfare topics
• Engage with social media followers and commenters
• Commit 1-2 hours weekly, write engaging posts for Twitter/Facebook

• Draft media releases for projects, campaigns, and environmental observance
• Support Management Committee in promoting international and Australian events
• Work online or remotely with no specific training required

• Review and comment on discussion papers, policy documents, and reports
• Contribute to projects, events, admin duties, and media work
• Ideal for those passionate about environment and conservation causes

• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, dispatching, and inventory
• Organize warehouse space and maintain friendly disposition
• Part-time role supporting a non-profit charity in East Brunswick

• Enhance website with WordPress and Elementor for Foundation's goals
• Update and format news stories, campaigns with attention to detail
• Collaborate with team, passionate about technology for meaningful cause

• Develop marketing strategy to support community-led goals
• Enhance engagement on digital and social media platforms
• Experience in marketing, social media, and working respectfully required

• Support event preparation and administration tasks for Vision Australia
• Assist with client engagement, stocktakes, and community events
• Preference for a current driver's license due to occasional errands

• Maintain Salesforce NPSP environment and manage user profiles
• Create reports, dashboards, email templates, and Salesforce Flows
• Provide Salesforce support, troubleshoot, and document processes

• Contribute to governance practices and financial oversight
• Experience in not-for-profit, fundraising, marketing, or finance preferred
• Minimum two-year commitment with bi-monthly online meetings

• Create and share engaging content to inspire donations
• Support online campaigns and fundraising efforts through social media
• Flexible hours, minimum 5 hours per week commitment required
