We are seeking people at our museum to maintain our grounds and buildings. Trades or ex tradespeople are welcome to apply, but this expertise is not necessary. Duties will include lawn and garden maintenance as well as minor upkeep and repairs to buildings.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to scholarship recipients monthly

• Minimum 1-year commitment, degree qualified or HMEF Alumnae

• Pair up with individual with similar interests for monthly activities
• Advocate for inclusion and support social well-being
• Training provided, commitment to attend at least one gig/month

• Volunteers provide telephone support on drug & alcohol helpline
• Training in Sydney required every 2-3 weeks for 12 months
• No need for extensive knowledge, just listening, empathy skills

• Assist in delivering practical sport and recreation training
• Mentor local staff in leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Support community sport sessions, monitor safety, and evaluate outcomes

• Provide daily morning telephone calls for wellbeing check-ins
• Offer social chat calls to those in need of companionship
• Training provided in seniors services and support; remote work

• Provide companionship and social support to elderly residents
• Engage residents in various activities like card games and art
• Use smart devices to connect residents with their families

• Manage CEO's diary, meetings, and provide admin support
• Manage events, stakeholder relationships, and enhance brand visibility
• Experience in charity sector, strong communication and organisational skills

• Provide tutoring and mentoring to high school students
• Utilize online platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams
• One hour per week commitment after school hours

• Support families with young children in an inclusive environment
• Volunteer in a friendly team, sharing special interests or skills
• Contribute to making a positive impact in Ballarat community
